There are many people out there who think they have the ability to get rid of clutter, but there are many others out there that do not have the ability to do so. In this video, I’ll walk through how to identify clutter, and then I’ll talk about how to get rid of it.
For those of you that are not familiar with craigslist, it’s a website that lets you post your personal items online for anyone to sell if they have excess space in their closets or storage units. It’s similar to eBay in that if you have too much stuff, you can sell it on the site. Unlike eBay, though, craigslist is a “sourcing” site.
I’ve met craigslist users that have a lot of items for sale, but they don’t necessarily have excess space. They just got rid of stuff they didn’t use in their last apartment, or they’re trying to get rid of a few things that are really hard to sell. But if you’re trying to sell your stuff by Craigslist, you’re going to have a lot of stuff to go through.
It does seem to be a craigslist phenomenon, but there’s a lot of space to go through, so the site’s algorithms make it pretty easy to find stuff you can sell. In fact, some of the more obscure items are actually already sold on craigslist and the listings are actually really easy to filter out.
We’ve found this to be a big problem in real estate. Just because you have a lot of space to go through, it doesn’t mean that a lot of people will want to buy it. In fact, I think the only reason most people would want to buy an apartment is if they’re really in a hurry and are trying to sell it quickly.
We’ve also found that Craigslist’s furniture is, in fact, not very rare. Most of the listings we’ve seen are in houses that are already full, so there is not much room to improve them. On the other hand, I’ve also seen listings for furniture that are still not sold on the site (which is what I mean by “not very rare.” It is, however, so hard to see them).
The list is actually pretty broad: some of the furniture that is still being offered for sale in the city is in a warehouse, which means that most of the furniture is already sold. The reason for the list’s broadness is that the warehouse is owned by a city-based corporation, so it can be sold in both public and private spaces.
Even though most of the furniture is sold, the list also comes with many “unsold” items like a chair, a dresser, or a TV that is “not for sale.” What that means is that the furniture that is still available is actually being sold with some of these unsold items, which means the owners of those items will eventually get rid of them.
This is one of those lists that I am certain will be used as a shopping list by many of you. We’re all aware of the fact that if you’re selling a used car you should give it a lien, but if you’re selling a used couch on craigslist, it might be a good idea to check the date on the title card to make sure the seller is actually selling it.
