One Piece Treasure Cruise is one of the most popular mobile games in Japan and Taiwan. It was released for Android devices on September 16, 2015, and iOS devices on December 4, 2015. The game has a total of 2 versions: one with English subtitles and one without. This tier list will rank all playable characters according to their strength in the One Piece Treasure Cruise!

Tier one:

Luffy: one of the most powerful characters

Zoro: one of the best swordsmen in One Piece

Name, Nico Robin and Chopper: one of the three main navigators

Tier two:

Sanji: one of the strongest fighters in One Piece (at least on some occasions) – Usopp, Nami and Zoro: one of the three main navigators (at least on some occasions)

Tier three:

Ain, Kizaru, Enel and Aokiji: one of the most powerful characters in One Piece – Chopper, Nami and Usopp: one of the three main navigators (at least on some occasions)

Tier one includes the most powerful characters of the One Piece Treasure Cruise. Tier two is a little weaker, but they’re still capable of bringing down opponents with relative ease. As for tier three, these are one-trick ponies that can’t be used to their full potential on all maps and against every opponent.

Tier four:

Alvida, Buggy and Crocodile

The tier one group is comprised of the most powerful characters in the One Piece Treasure Cruise. Tier two includes some strong fighters that can bring down opponents with relative ease. As for tier three, these are one-trick ponies that have a very clear weakness one or more maps and against every opponent.

Tier Five:

Mr Satan

Tier one consists of the most powerful characters in One Piece Treasure Cruise, tier two is weaker but still capable of beating opponents relatively easily and tier three includes one-trick ponies that can’t be used to their full potential on all maps and against every opponent. As for tier four, these are people with one or more good abilities but one or more glaring weaknesses. Tier five is one tier down and consists of those with one good ability, one bad ability and no other redeeming qualities.

Tier six:

Blackbeard

Blackbeard is one of the most powerful characters in One Piece Treasure Cruise but he only has one good ability and one bad one. His stats are average across the board with low defence, high attack and moderate speed. He also can’t heal his HP outside of battles which makes him an easy target for any opponent that manages to hit one of his weak points.

Blackbeard’s one good ability is that he can inflict the Seal status on an opponent which blocks all their abilities for one turn, but his one bad ability is to drain 20% HP from himself and give it to his crewmates. If you’re playing with Blackbeard then you need a healer in your crew and one that’s good enough to make up for the 20% HP loss.

Tier seven:

Ace D. Portgas

Ace is one of the few characters in One Piece Treasure Cruise with a bad tier designation purely because he can’t heal his own HP outside of battles like Blackbeard, but luckily you won’t need one of those because he can heal himself and his crew members for 30% HP outside of battle.

Caesar Clown

Caesar is a solid tier seven character who has one good ability which buffs all the stats on one side by 20%, but he also comes with one bad ability where his special attack will always miss if it’ll be used on the main or one of his crewmates.

Tier eight:

Monkey D. Luffy – Gear Third Level Three and Max HP Boost Lv. Two (Gear Fourth is an upgrade)

Luffy’s one very strong character that can deal some serious damage to enemies and he also has one good ability which buffs all the stats on one side by 20%. However, his drawbacks are that he has one bad ability where the damage and recovery of one ally will be decreased on two turns.

Blackbeard – Trafalgar Law (The Worst)

What can I say about this scoundrel? He’s one character who isn’t worth spending any crew points on.

Hody Jones – one of the few characters who has one ability that’s not worth mentioning.

People are drawn to this character because he could be one strong fighter but you’ll never know for sure if his stats will change or increase with each level up. His special attack, which damages all enemies in one row, is too unreliable for one to use on a regular basis.

Shanks – one of the best characters in one piece treasure cruise

Shanks has one ability that boosts the damage and recoveries by 30% if your HP is less than half, which means he’s always worth using when you’re at low health. He also can do some serious damage with one of his abilities by hitting one enemy for about 50% damage every turn.

Jinbei – one of the best characters in one piece treasure cruise

Jinbei is a powerhouse because he has one ability that makes him immune to all attacks and boosts your HP by 30%. His special attack can hit one enemy anywhere on the screen for one huge chunk of damage.
