Advice for Dream Design Property
Many times we hear advice and tips for properties that are so bad it’s laughable. Here, we’ll go through some of the worst advice- tips that will not only make you lose money, but make you lose out on the opportunity to make a successful business. Because at the end of the day, there is no one way to succeed; there is only hard work!
Here are some bad advice examples.
It costs less than $10 a month to host your website!
Why would you use something this cheap when there are many hosting services out right now? You don’t want a hosting company with an unprofessional brand.
By not being there to sell the product yourself, you are leaving sales on the table.
If you do this, your customer might be confused. Also, what if there is an emergency situation? What if the person who was supposed to show up for a house design never shows? Then who would be there to help? The customer or yourself? It’s best that your dream home designer does more than one job; so that way, if something happens they will be able to fix it by doing another job.
I’ll wait until you spend $500 on me!
You don’t want your customers to wait until they spend money till they give you money back. You also don’t want the customer to feel pushed into buying from you. If you give your customer only one option and if they don’t like it, they will most definitely not buy from you again. After all, after selling products for a company for so long, you should know what works best for your customers!
You’ll get lots of work as a team member with this group of house designers.
It’s good that you have a group of people who do this job together; however, if they all start working together under one roof it will become more expensive for everyone involved in the group. Also, it could be difficult to get customers if everyone were drawing ideas from each other. If everyone were doing their own thing, then it’s possible to get a lot of customers because they see something new from each designer and pick their favorite.
As long as you have an internet connection, you can make a dollar or two online.
This is the worst advice ever. It’s not about having an internet connection; it takes talent to make money online and lots of hard work! It takes dedication to make money with your website.

In 2006, I was working with a team of two people in the real estate industry. We were thinking about expanding our business and consulting with another team of two people in 2008. Somehow we came up with the idea of doing group dream design together.
Then in 2008 this became our main business, and so for 7 years we have been doing dream designs every day! This is how I will know if someone is qualified to run a business: If they have created a successful business for 7 years and are still going strong! There are no shortcuts; there is only hard work.
