The company’s products include whisky, gin, vodka, rum, and other alcoholic beverages either currently or historically made at its facilities located in Waterloo, Ontario.

Number Nine: Bacardi Light

Number Seven: Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

Captain Morgan is a spiced rum brand owned by the British company Diageo plc. It was introduced to the United States in 1936, at which point it began being imported into Canada as well; however, its distribution does not extend further north than Southern Ontario before the legalization of alcoholic beverages in individual provinces.

Number Six: Jameson Irish Whiskey

Jameson is a whiskey produced by Irish Distillers at its Midleton plant near Cork, Ireland, and sold worldwide. It is the best-selling Irish whiskey; as well as being Ireland’s biggest export brand, with sales across five continents. The whiskey is named after the founder of the Jameson dynasty, Bernard J. Jameson

Number Five: Crown Royal Canadian Whisky

Crown Royal is a blended whisky produced in Canada since 1939 by Seagram Company Ltd., now known as Diageo plc… It was originally blended to commemorate George VI’s coronation and given away as gifts.

Number Four: Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey

Jim Beam is a bourbon whiskey distiller based in Clermont, Kentucky, and a subsidiary of the Japanese company Suntory Holdings Limited (which also owns Maker’s Mark). It produces one product line – an aged corn whiskey with no age statement on its label. The brand was started by Jacob Beam in 1795, and today is best known as a producer of premium bourbon whiskey.

Number Three: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

Jack Daniel’s Old No. Seven was introduced by the company in 1875 at seven years old (hence its name) and originally claimed to be “the finest quality whisky from corn that is mellowed for six months in our own square-shaped Tennessee Hilly Oak three-story barrel.”

Number Two: Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky

Johnnie Walker Red and Black Labels are blended whiskies, predominantly from malt so they can be classified as scotch. The company was founded by Alexander Mackenzie Walker and John Walker.

Number One: Glenlivet 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The whisky is the flagship brand of Chivas Brothers distillery and was first released in 1837 by George Smith to celebrate Queen Victoria’s coronation. It is a single malt that has been aged for at least twelve years in oak casks and is one of the most popular brands in the world.

Jack Daniels Single Barrel, Tennessee Whiskey

The sour mash process for this whiskey starts with filtering a fermented liquid that mostly consists of corn or rye grain and water through large vats; it then undergoes fermentation using yeast to produce an alcohol base called “beer.” The beer is then distilled, diluted with water, and aged in oak barrels for at least ten years. The Jack Daniels’ single barrel whiskey is a more sophisticated take on the original recipe that delivers complex notes of vanilla, caramel, gingerbread cookies, clove, and butterscotch.

Glenmorangie 18-Year-Old, Speyside Single Malt Scotch

This single malt scotch was distilled at the Glenmorangie Distillery in Scotland and aged for 18 years. The whisky is made with malted barley that’s turned into a syrup before it’s fermented to create alcohol and matured in oak casks until it reaches its desired taste. Glenmorangie 18-year-old is a rich, complex scotch with flavors of honey and apple pie on the nose. The taste starts off smooth but then becomes dryer as it moves across your tongue.
