OP Pokemon from Every Tier, Ranked

No matter what pokemon game you are playing, there is always one pokemon that stands out as being the most OP. That pokemon may change depending on which tier list you consult, but we have compiled a list with pokemon ranked from weakest to strongest in every tier! This article will rank pokemon according to their total stats and compare them against each other so that players can see how they stack up against each other.

A pokemon with a higher total stat is more powerful. A pokemon that has less than 100 stats in any category will not be ranked for this article because it would make the tier list too difficult to parse through and compare against other pokemon of similar strength. Each tier is given a rank from weakest to strongest, so players can see where their pokemon

A Rank: Abra (Psychic pokemon) – Abra is a pokemon that has low stats in every category.

B Rank: Pidgey, Rattata (Normal pokemon)- Pidgey and Rattata pokemon are pokemon with low stats in every category.

C Rank: Eevee (Normal pokemon) – Eevee is a pokemon that has very few total stats, so it was not ranked for this article due to the difficulty of comparing against other pokemon of similar strength.

D Rank: Weedle, Caterpie, Zubat

F Rank: Magikarp (Water pokemon) – Magikarp is a pokemon that has really low stats in every category.

G Rank: Goldeen (Water pokemon) – Goldeen is a pokemon with very few total stats, so it was not ranked for this article due to the difficulty of comparing against other pokemon of similar strength.

I Rank: Ditto (Normal pokemon) – Ditto is a pokemon with low stats in every category, so it was not ranked for this article due to the difficulty of comparing against other pokemon of similar strength.

J Rank: Bulbasaur (grass type pokemon) – It has very low stats in every category, so it is not ranked for this article because there are pokemon with relatively stronger attacks and defences.

K Rank: Raticate (normal pokemon) – Raticate is a pokemon with low stats in every category, so it was not ranked for this article due to the difficulty of comparing against pokemon with relatively stronger attacks and defences.

L Rank: Grimer (poison type pokemon) – It has very low stats as well, so it will not be included in this article either.

M Rank: Nidoking(Ground pokemon), Scyther (Flying pokemon)- Nidoking and Scyther are pokemon with very high stats in some categories, but they have low stats in others. They are not ranked for this article because there is pokemon with relatively stronger attacks that could be included instead (see: Dugtrio)

N Rank: Geodude(Rock pokemon), Graveler (Ground pokemon)- These pokemon have low stats in every category. They are not ranked for this article because pokemon with higher attack and defence stats exist (see: Rhydon).

O Rank: Starmie, Zapdos- These pokemon have high stats in every category, but there are pokemon with higher attack and defence stats that could be included instead (see: Articuno).

P Rank: Alakazam, Articuno (Ice pokemon)- These pokemon have high stats in every category. They are not ranked for this article because pokemon with even better attack and defence stats exist (see: Mewtwo).

Q Rank: Articuno, Pikachu- These pokemon have the highest stats of any pokemon on most categories but they do not rank higher than U-rank or V Rank due to low stats in other categories.

R Rank: Nidoking, Mewtwo- These pokemon have the highest stats of any pokemon that do not rank higher than U-rank or V Rank. They are ranked below pokemon with lower attack and defence stats because they have low stat points on those two areas (see: Gengar).

S Rank: Zapdos- These pokemon rank higher than pokemon with high stats in only one or two categories because they have a perfect balance of attack and defence.

T Rank: Muk, Jolteon- These pokemon are ranked lower than pokemon that appear to be weaker due to their low stat points on the areas where other pokemon excel (see: Venusaur).

V Rank: Jolteon, Vaporeon(Water pokemon), Flareon(Fire pokemon)

W Rank: Doduo/Dodrio (Flying pokemon), Gyarados/Lapras(Water pokemon)

X Rank: Eevee, Togepi/Togetic

Y Rank: Bulbasaur (Grass pokemon), Chansey (Normal pokemon)

Z Rank: Zapdos, Articuno
