Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email dmca@areyoufashion.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the material you claim infringes it (with a URL).
- Your contact details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with equivalent detail to the same address.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and restrict users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
